What's Your ACE Score?

The Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) survey is the most widely recognized tool for assessing civilian trauma worldwide. Research shows adversity does not discriminate by ethnicity, geography, or economic status — and people reporting four or more adverse experiences face higher risk of mental and physical health challenges.

The standard ACE survey has 10 questions. ACEs Matter uses an expanded 15-question version. Understanding your ACE score can be a crucial step toward a healthier future.
